Pelatihan Administrasi Pegawai Di Koperasi Krotobond

Abstract

Koperasi Krotobond merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil dengan bidang usaha budidaya semut rang-rang  (kroto).  Koperasi Krotobond yang terus berkembang, hampir tidak mampu lagi memenuhi permintaan akan kroto sehingga direncanakan untuk mengembangkan koperasi bagi plasmanya.  Saat ini krotobond telah berbagi usaha dengan beberapa plasma yang sebelumnya adalah karyawan Krotobond.   Proses sosialisasi terkait, terbukti mendapat sambutan positif dalam waktu  singkat  dengan banyaknya peminat dari sekitar Bogor bahkan juga dari Sumatera dan Kalimantan. Lembaga Koperasi ini, akan menjadi wadah yang menampung produk kroto para anggotanya.  Dengan tingginya peminat menjadi anggota, permasalahan yang timbul adalah dalam manajemen pengelolaan koperasi lintas propinsi.  Masalah tersebut  telah diatasi dengan melakukan pembinaan, berupa pelatihan manajemen perkoperasian.   Namun kemudian muncul permasalahan yang terkait dengan pengelolaan administrasi pegawai koperasi itu sendiri.

The Krotobond Cooperative is a Micro Small Business with the cultivation of ranged ants (kroto). The Krotobond Cooperative, which continues to grow, is barely able to meet the demand for kroto, so it is planned to develop cooperatives for its plasm. Currently Krotobond has shared business with several plasma which previously were Krotobond employees. The related socialization process proved to have received a positive response in a short time with many interested people from around Bogor and even from Sumatra and Kalimantan. This Cooperative Institution, will be a place that accommodates the products of its members. With high interest in becoming members, the problem that arises is in the management of cooperative management across provinces. The problem has been overcome by conducting coaching, in the form of cooperative management training. But then problems arise related to the management of the administration of cooperative employees themselves.
