Evaluation of Village Fund Allocation Management (Analytical Study in Wamkana Village, Namrole District, South Buru Regency)

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to evaluate the management of village fund allocations in Wamkana Village, Namrole District, South Buru Regency on the basis of problem formulation on how to plan, budget, implement, report and administer. Accountability, Evaluation, management of Village Fund Allocations in Wamkana Village. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Location research object in Wamkana Village. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data source was obtained through interviews with the Wamkana Village Government and the community in Wamkana village, while the secondary data source was obtained from documents from the village related to this research. The results of this research indicate that planning in allocating village funds in Wamkana village has not been optimal. Budgeting in Wamkana village government programs does not really provide open space for the community. The implementation of activities or programs by the Wamkana village government has been carried out well. Wamkana village government's village financial reporting is not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management. Village government administration. The accountability of the village government of the Wamkana village community is not visible or seems closed. This village government evaluation is in accordance with informant data that no evaluation has ever been carried out by the village government.
