Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is 1) To find out how the business
feasibility of meatballs Big Meatball Family. 2) To find out what business
obstacles of Meatball beranak. 3) To find out how to keep the Big Meatball
Family business.
This research was conducted directly through interviews with owners of
Big Meatball Family. The type of research that the authors use is a method of
data analysis in the form of descriptive study.
The conclusion that can be taken is Big Meatball Family is UMKM that
can be recognized and is quite feasible in running a business. Business barriers
experienced by Big Meatball Family is that if the price of raw materials rises, the
profits will also be reduced. Then the legal status in business and business
location has not legally been maintained until now. Big Meatball Family always
emphasizes the quality and taste of the meatball itself, always innovate and create
new products and open branches in various areas in Bogor, Bandung, East
Jakarta, and Bekasi.
