KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PELAKU USAHA MIKRO DAN KECIL PANGAN LOKAL DI KABUPATEN BOGOR JAWA BARAT
To achieve self-sustainable national food security and sovereignty, it is necessary to have a highly competitive local and small-scale local food industry (MSE). The research which is the first year research of the superior research university (PUPT) aims to analyze the level of entrepreneurship competence of local food MSE actors and determinant factors in Bogor Regency. This study uses a survey method of 250 local MSEs perpetrators spread across several District and Rural District with descriptive statistical analysis and inferencing statistics. The results of this study indicate the entrepreneurial competence of local SMEs in Bogor Regency is low to moderate. The determinant factor of entrepreneurship competence of local MSEs entrepreneurs consists of characteristics of local food SME actors and government policy support. To improve the competence of entrepreneurship of SMEs, it is necessary to improve the quality of local MSEs and to encourage government policy support in developing local food MSEs.
