ANALISIS SOLUSI INOVATIF TERHADAP KRISIS KEPERCAYAAN MASYARAKAT JAKARTA PADA MODA TRANSPORTASI TRANSJAKARTA

Abstract

Analysis of Innovative Solutions to Public Transport in Jakarta The study
was conducted in Transjakarta mode of transportation. The author tries to offer
innovative solutions that can encourage the people of Jakarta to desire to use
Transjakarta as a means of daily transportation.
PT Transportasi Jakarta or Transjakarta has made efforts to maximize
services. Anyway, the efforts are still fairly slow in overcoming it. Then what steps
can increase the confidence of Jakarta people to be able to use Transjakarta
transportation?
Researchers conclude that the sequence of problems can result in the
analysis of innovative solutions for Transjakarta. These solutions are 1)
optimization of technology utilization, 2) integration with other public
transportation modes, 3) appointing TransJakarta brand ambassadors, 4)
appointing large communities in Jakarta.
