Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the visual communication design, (2) analyze teh customer buying the interest of "Mochibo", (3) analyze the relationship between visual communication design in increasing customer buying interest. This research was conducted by quantitative descriptive research method. This method describes the food labeling of Small-Medium Industry in increasing customer buying interest by using statistics. The data collecting technique used primary data and secondary data. Based on this study, it used the Bogor citizens as the population for this study. The sampling technique used incidental sampling. Data analysis used Rank Spearman formula to analyze the relationship between visual communication design (x) with customer buying interest (y) with Likert scale. The result of this study shows that the visual communication design of "Mochibo" packaging label as Small-Medium Industry has a good category, customer buying interest of "Mochibo" as a Small-Medium Industry product is in a Good category, there is a significant correlation between visual communication design variable and customer buying interest variable that has a high coefficient value.
