Abstract

Marketers generally want the customer it creates can be preserved
forever. One of the biggest challenges in business in the global era is to create
satisfied and loyal customers. This is not an easy task considering changes can
happen at any time. Efforts made to create consumer satisfaction are more likely
to influence consumer attitudes. Customer satisfaction is seen as the main element
that determines the success of a business.
Purpose of the research is 1) know customer satisfaction on UMKM
Yellow Soto MR Yusuf 2) know barrier obstacles faced by UMKM Yellow Soto
MR Yusuf with respect to customer satisfaction and 3) know how UMKM Yellow
Soto MR Yusuf to maintain product quality.
The result obtained the authors know that to achieve customer
satisfaction, of course, the support factor that is by maintaining product quality
and also maintain the comfort of consumers when enjoying this yellow Soto.
Of course, every business has barriers to achieve customer satisfaction.
Obstacles experienced by this UMKM is the lack of availability of places to enjoy
this yellow Soto. As for MR Yusuf efforts in maintaining the quality of the product
is by maintaining the quality of raw materials, cleanliness of the place and
cleanliness of the container used to enjoy this yellow Soto.
