Abstract

Currently, the number of SMEs in the culinary field continues to increase.
Various products are created to meet the needs and desires of consumers. Sido
Mie Mampir come as a SMEs that meet the needs of the community by serving
Mie Ayam as the main product that became one of the favorite foods of the people
of Indonesia.
The purpose of this research is to know the pricing method used in Mie
Ayam Sido Mampir, to determine the factors that influence consumer purchasing
decisions, and to determine whether the price becomes a factor in consumer
purchasing decisions.
MSME of Mie Ayam Sido Mampir uses a pricing method that is guided by
the market leader. MSMEs experienced a fairly intense price change, but it does
not have a big influence on the sale of Mother Chicken Sido Mampir.
The findings of this research is MSME Mie Ayam Sido Mampir must
maintain the consistency of taste, improve responsiveness to the employees, add
more variants of Mie Chicken, and use accounting system recording for more
detailed inventory and sales data.
