Abstract

Shoe industry is an industry that has opportunities and good market
prospects.Therefore it is necessary strategies for the company to maintain a
competitive business, one of the steps that can be used is the value chain analysis.
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the value chain
analysis to competitive advantage at some shoes in Cibaduyut SMEs.
Research was conducted on some shoes Cibaduyut SME research method
descriptive and verification with quantitative approach. Sources of data used are
primary data source. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires.
Sampling technique in this research is nonprobability sampling with purposive
sampling types. This study tested the hypothesis by using statistical test is linear
regression analysis.
Based on hypothesis testing, research shows that value chain analysis
have a low impact on operational performance at several SME shoes Cibaduyut
and competitive advantage on some shoes Cibaduyut SMEs.
