Abstract

Food is a necessity that must be met in order to survive. Food is very
necessary, if not eat then there is no energy so disturbing health and activity were
hampered.
The purpose of this research is to identify the quality of Mie Kocok Mawar
product, to find out what obstacles affect quality on Mie Kocok Mawar product
and to know how to maintain the quality of Mie Kocok Mawar product.
The results of Mie Kocok Mawar were calculated from the number of
visitors who visited Mie Kocok Mawar within one year. The largest percentage of
consumer visits, occurred in March at 10% while the lowest percentage occurred
in October.
It can be concluded that product quality is necessary for the continuity of
Mie Kocok Mawar business, therefore UMKM Mie Kocok Mawar must maintain
the quality of its products and minimize the barriers that affect the quality of Mie
Beat Mawar.
