UMKM TANGGUH UNTUK PEREKONOMIAN YANG LEBIH BAIK

Abstract

As a business actor in Indonesia, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
(MSMEs) have not given maximum contribution to economic growth in Indonesia
since most of them can not anticipate the changes, and take advantage of the
opportunities, so that they cannot compete with other bigger or franchised
business actors Franchise). MSMEs have not been able to take advantage of
market opportunities, especially the MEA market.
This is because the lack of knowledge and experience causes them
difficulties in developing their business, they realize the changes that occur but
they do not know what to do, so sometimes late in making decisions.
The problems faced by this MSMEs can actually be minimized if all the
competent parties from the government and academia together plunge to increase
the independence of MSMEs, so that they can become a formidable Small and
Medium Enterprise that can anticipate change and take advantage of existing
opportunities. This can be seen from some MSMEs who get support and can still
exist and develop both in terms of turn over and business value.
