PENGARUH AUDIO VISUAL GRAFIS DALAM IMPLEMENTASI PERWALI NO 15 TAHUN 2016 TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PENERIMA HIBAH / BANTUAN SOSIAL DI KOTA BOGOR

Abstract

Being effective in the service is part of the task of the State Civil Apparatus
relating to the correlation of output responsibility with the objectives to be
achieved. The greater the output resulting from the target to be achieved, the
more effective it can be said. One of the efforts to improve services by Staff
Welfare and Social Community Setda of Bogor City is the use of Audio Visual
Graphics (AVG).
The type of research used is descriptive and explorative research that is
the type of research used by function, then by statistic method of multiple linear
regression method to find out how big influence of Audio Visual Graphic (as
variable X) either educatively (X1), social (X2) Economic (X3) and culture (X4) in
the implementation of Perwali no. 15 Year 2016 to the service of grantee / bansos
in Bogor City Region (As Variable Y).
