Abstract

Value relevance of accounting information and financial statement
disclosure is very useful for making decisions by users of financial statements.
Accounting information that has relevant value is helpful in analyzing the results
of company performance and disclosure provide information what is needed by
the user so that the financial statements are delivered openly and not artificial.
This research aims to test whether, in accounting profit, book value, and
cash flow have value relevance and influence of financial statement disclosure to
share price for companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially
manufacturing company.
The research method used by the writer is descriptive statistical approach
and using multiple regression analysis. By using the sample of 15 manufacturing
companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange reporting the year 2014 until
2016. test of the coefficient of determination, F test, and t-test by using SPSS
application program version 23 for windows.
The results showed Partially accounting earnings have value relevance
and disclosure effect significantly to stock prices. The book value and cash flows
do not have value relevance accounting information on stock prices. While
simultaneously that value relevance of accounting information (accountancy
profit, book value, and cash flow) and disclosure have a significant effect on stock
price.
