TINJAUAN ATAS KUALITAS PRODUK YANG DIHASILKAN UMKM SEPATU SANDAL CIOMAS PARAKAN BOGOR

Abstract

In running the life of man has various needs, as well as the need in fashion
to support the appearance. Supporting the various fashion an example is a human
need for the fulfillment of his fashion that is in the form of footwear (Sandal
Shoes). The important factor of a person choosing a shoe is not only seen from the
aspect of his needs alone, a person basically choose or determine the shoes
viewed from the comfort of these shoes or the strength of the shoe in fulfilling
their needs or often referred to the quality of a product produced becomes
important in the selection of a product will be purchased.
The purpose of this research is to know the quality of products produced
by UMKM Mr. Itang from the production process and to know how to maintain
the quality of products produced by the UMKM in maintaining the performance of
human resources owned by the production process goes well and to know what
obstacles in maintain the quality of the products produced.
The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that to produce a
high-quality product not only rely on the selection of high-quality raw materials
or the selection of only quality raw materials, but the process of production
(performance) is done by human resources also become important to be able to
produce good product quality.
